MHT CET Exam Date 2024
The examination will be conducted at various centers across the state of Maharashtra as well as outside Maharashtra states by Online mode (Computer Based Test) for PCM and PCB groups separately.

- For the candidate seeking admission to First Year Engineering and Technology degree courses, it is mandatory that the candidate must appear for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- The candidate seeking admission to First Year Pharmacy/ Pharm. D degree course it is mandatory that the candidate must appear for Physics, Chemistry as well as Mathematics and/ or Biology.
- The candidate availing the facility of scribe/ writer shall be given compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination. (30 minutes compensatory time for the one and half hour duration paper).

MHT CET Exam Pattern
Syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for the MHT – CET 2023, is declared by the Director, Technical Education, Mumbai. The questions will be based on the Syllabus of the State Council of Educational Research and Training Maharashtra.
Approximately 20% weightage will be given to Std. XI curriculum and 80% weightage will be given to Std. XII curriculum while setting the question paper. There will be no Negative Marking, however difficulty level will be at par with the JEE (Main) for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and difficulty level for Biology will be at par with NEET. The questions will be mainly application-based. MHT CET 2024 will consist of 3 question papers of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) and each paper will be of 100 marks, Details are as given below:
MHT CET Exam Time Duration
Duration of the test for PCM is 180 minutes and PCB is 180 minutes. The candidate should appear the following test in the below prescribed manner –
- a. For PCM Group- This paper has 2 Groups of Physics-Chemistry and Mathematics with a total of 180 Minutes Duration, The first 90 minutes of Physics and Chemistry will be enabled and only after completion of the first 90 minutes the Physics-Chemistry group will be auto-submitted and Mathematics group will be enabled with 90 minutes duration.
- b. For PCB Group- This paper has 2 Groups of Physics-Chemistry and Biology with a total of 180 Minutes Duration, first 90 minutes of Physics and Chemistry will be enabled and only after the completion of time response for the Physics-Chemistry group will be auto submitted and the Biology group will be enabled with 90 minutes duration

MHT CET Application Form Fees
Application form processing fees as stated in the table given below is to be paid through online mode/ Mobile Wallets for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the application form processing fees. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
If the candidate opts for only PCM or only PCB in the General Category, he/she will have to pay Rs. 800/- and for Reserve Category candidates from the state of Maharashtra he/she will have to pay Rs. 600/- as a MHT CET 2023 examination fee. If the candidate opts for both the groups i.e. PCM and PCB then for General Category, he/she will have to pay Rs.1,600/- and for Reserve Category candidate from the State of Maharashtra he/she will have to pay Rs.1,200 as a MHT CET 2023 examination fee.

Important Note:
- a) Incomplete application forms will be summarily rejected. Application forms sent by Post/Courier will not be entertained and hence be rejected. The candidate shall submit one and only one application form.
- b) If the candidate has made any mistake while filling out his/her application, the fees paid for the same will not be refunded under any circumstances. In such case, the candidate is advised to fill new application form by using an alternate mobile no and email ID.
- c) The email id and mobile number entered in the application form for validation will be treated as primary contact details and all communications will be sent to the same.
- d) In case mail is not received in INBOX, the candidate should check the Spam / Junk Folder of his E-mail.
- e) Candidates are advised to check their emails regularly.

MHT CET 2024 Result
MHT CET is conducted by CET Cell for admission to Engineering, Pharmacy, and Agriculture courses through participating institutes across the state. MHT CET 2024 Entrance Exam Result to be announced very soon after the exam. The result will be declared in June 2024. This year the MHT CET 2024 exam for the PCM group was conducted from April 25 to April 30, 2024, and for the PCB group from April 16 to April 23, 2024. The exam was conducted online in Computer Based Test (CBT) format.
